*Administrative physicals are required physical exams that validate eligibility for specific situations or activities. Physical exams are usually not covered by insurance.
Note: Fees may be higher depending on if additional lab testing and/or procedures are performed during your visit.
Payments
ExacCare accepts Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. Unmet deductibles and co-payments will be collected at time of your visit.
You will be asked to present your valid insurance card and proof of identification when you register for your visit.
If you have a plan that we currently do not accept you will be given a copy of your bill and a receipt of your payment so that you can contact your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
