I visited the Crossville ExacCare on 10/19 just not feeling well at all. I saw Ms. Timson, Nurse Practitioner. She took time to listen to me as I told her of my symptoms, never rushing or dismissing any of my concerns.
The entire staff was pleasant, attentive and made me feel as if I was the only patient they had that day! So appreciated!!

Treatment and care that goes beyond expectation is exactly what you get when seeing Wanda. If you want someone who is honest but genuine and graceful with you, she is that and much more!
We had to take our son Emmett to get seen for a rash and Wanda was gentle, thorough, and quick to help get us the right treatment necessary. You’d never know he was uncomfortable behind that big happy smile. We had a great experience and will surely see Wanda for any future care for our family.

I didn't see John Lewis, I seen Rebecca and her nurse Ashley. They are awesome. They took great care of me and I would recommend them to everyone. They deserve more than 5 stars in my book.

New to Crossville. I had Vertigo and vomiting for a week. Decided to finally go to the doctor on Sunday. First impressions are everything, and I have to say the staff here are by far the sweetest I have met. The provider was very caring and made me feel comfortable. After a few days ont antibiotics for an ear infection, I am feeling fantastic. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. Thank you all for being here in Crossville, and for being awesome at what you do. Thank you for seeing me much faster than my family doctor. Dustin and his staff provided me excellent, no nonsense care. If I ever need care and cannot get into my family doctor's practice, I will definitely consider using your facility again.

Such a wonderful experience at ExacCare as always. The staff are kind and caring and FNP-C Moss takes time to listen to my symptoms and treats me appropriately. He treats me with respect and kindness!

I visited ExacCare a few weeks ago and was very pleased with my visit. There was very little wait and I was attended to very quickly. Everyone was very nice and friendly. A few days later, I called back with questions, and Dr. April was very compassionate with my needs.
